FAQ
Equal payments or equal principal?
Equal principal repays the same principal every month, so the balance falls faster and total interest is lower, but early payments are larger. Equal payments keep the monthly amount fixed at a slightly higher total cost.
What is 만기일시상환?
You pay only interest during the term and repay the whole principal at the end. It is common for jeonse deposit loans and short-term credit loans, and it has the highest total interest.
Why might my bank's figure differ slightly?
This calculator uses balance × annual rate ÷ 12 for monthly interest. Banks may use actual days or different rounding, which can shift amounts by a few won.
