What you can write to us about

• A result that looks wrong. Please include the page address, the numbers you entered and what you expected, but don't send personal details such as your resident registration number or bank account.
• A rate or rule that has changed but isn't reflected yet, such as the minimum wage, social insurance rates or tax brackets (a link to the official source helps)
• A tool that doesn't work, along with the browser and device you're using
• Ideas for new calculators or improvements to existing ones
• Mistakes in the English translation

When to expect a reply

We read every message and usually reply within a few days.

What we can't help with

We can't give personal tax, labor, legal or medical advice, or check calculations for your own case. For exact amounts and decisions, check with your employer, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the National Tax Service or a doctor.
